Wake & Stage I

Everyone wakes up in the middle of the night, and when it is remembered, it can be a jarring experience. Here my mind is foggy after exiting REM. I briefly check the time, which flows into my next dream. Glimpses of dreams just had still spark my consciousness, but it is slow and disoriented. I fall back asleep quickly and enter a new rotation of the sleep cycle.
